This is supposed to be funny, but I found it frightening.

One of these people is claiming she knows how to handle dogs?

The other thinks she can be of help in re-homing them?

And yet neither one knows how to step on a leash to prevent a dog from jumping up?

There is disaster on four legs here, but pardon me if I do not think it is the dogs!
