A Poem for Veterinarians

I will not pay
a vet for lies,

padded billing 

though they try.

I will not pay
for things not needed,
Lyme test nonsense
and dental fleecing.

I need no vaccines
from a vet;

prescription dog food 

I will not get.

Life is short
and vets are fleas

focused on billing,
and not my needs.

So it's Amazon meds
and crazy glue,
and healthy dogs
for me and you.

And if the vet
does not get rich,
I can live with it,
because life's a bitch!
