Iraq: We Invaded to Save Lives and for Cheap Gas

Saddam Hussein is estimated to have killed 300,000 people over 30 years.

In less than 6 years years, the war in Iraq, is variously estimated to have resulted in 400,00 deaths (2006 Iraqi Health Ministry survey, June 2006), 654,965 deaths (Lancet Survey, June 2006), 1,033,000 violent deaths as a result of the conflict (Opinion Research Business survey, August 2007) Source

And for those who continue to live rich fantasy lives, be advised that the war in Iraq WILL result in raising your taxes even as gasoline and food prices shoot through the roof.
