Really Good Days

There are few things that gratitude cannot fix. The path to gratitude is to be in service, at least one hour a week, to those who need help. Do this, and live close to your own moral code, whatever that is, and true happiness is just around the corner.

The inverse is also true. Self obsession and self-seeking are the slippery slope to misery. If you seek applause rather than give it, then the stench of failure will always be with you. Expect less and give more, and see if you do not find what you have always sought.
